MW901 type double beam water jet loom is designed and developed based on MW851 water jet loom. It combined with new technology and advanced idea of weaving loom. The reed width is from 150cm to 360cm, this loom can be equipped with single nozzle/double nozzle/three nozzle, double warp beam, dual servo motor, ELO, MTU/ETU, and electronic lobby or cam shedding. So it’s able to ensure the equalization of strain of different warps, the weaving stability of medium heavy fabric and high density fabric, and the plainness of two-layer fabric.

 

Features of MW901 Double Beam Water Jet Loom

1. Centralized oil supply:

Easy to operate, simplify equipment lubrication and maintenance, centralized turbidity system can guarantee normal lubrication of the equipment.

2.  Beating system:

The crank link mechanism is used for inertial beating. The crankshaft is machined using special processes such as high-frequency quenching to improve wear resistance, hardness and strength. Shaft diameter increased, using ∮114 × 10mm seamless steel pipe, using forged multi-seat legs, enhance the strength and ensure the life. Scorpions and carriages are made of stainless steel, which increases the beating force and can weave high-density and medium-thickness fabrics with a tight and full cloth.

3. Side scissors device:

With ceramic or hard alloy blades, it is both sharp and wear-resistant, coupled with the import of rod-end bearings, regardless of the coarse weft, can be accurately cut.

4. Bearings, crankshaft:

MW901 double beam water jet loom mainly used Sweden SKF Germany FAG, Japan NSK imported bearings. Quenching the crankshaft further increases the wear resistance of the crankshaft and extends its service life.

5. Let-off:

Using semi-active continuous let-off mechanism, bold double-roller (∮113mm) warp tension detection, adjusting the let-off amount with the most advanced domestically-driven continuously variable transmission, and the friction plate pressurizing device preventing fluctuations of let-off unwinding. Suitable for medium-thick fabrics with large tension and stable sand tension.

6.  Electronic take up:

The compact design of the mechanism, large output power, and easy adjustment: Fully automatic operation of all kinds of fibers: Ensures that they are always synchronized during the weaving process.

7. Electronic let off:

The tension of the warp yarn can be kept stable to meet the requirements of various fabrics, and the grade of the fabric can be improved. The replacement of the fabric variety is more convenient and faster, and the production efficiency is improved.
