Ma810 Jeans weaving machine

MA810 Jeans weaving machine is a newly improved model of high speed air jet loom. With the rigidity of machine frame and top beam further strengthened, the whole machine is of desired stability, beating system is better optimized, structure is further improved. Beating may be done with four or six-shedding levers. With the six-shedding lever, the warp yarn has longer opening hours, as a result, it will be better for weft yarn insertion, especially suitable for wider fabric weaving, so it extends the machine weaving scope.

Optional shedding type: crank, cam, dobby and jacquard. It has the advantages of electric let-off, electric take-up, variable weft density weaving, automatic stop in case of broken yarn, double weft sensors, electronic measuring, electronic feeder and electronic control for detection of selvage yarn breakage, weft catching and side yarn, it is more convenient to operate for workers.       

Optimized rear beam structure: rear beam structure has been improved with more sensitivity for varying of the warp tension. Rear tension roller bracket is installed outside of the machine frame facilitating installation and maintenance.

Weft insertion system

High propulsion main nozzles and series nozzles are standard. The special high-speed IC digitally controls the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve. The dynamic response speed of the solenoid valve is fast, the weft injection timing is precise, and the weft flight is stable, which can not only improve the quality of the fabric, but also reduce the energy consumption of the loom.

Weft feeder

Separated yarn feeders are used to actively separate the stored weft yarns. Therefore, a stable unwinding can also be achieved for a long weft yarn. Air flow threaders are also standard.

The electromagnetic valve

The imported electromagnetic valve with high-speed response performance has an extremely long service life while having both stable and reliable performance.

Shed

The shed design is reasonable, and it has good fabric quality while ensuring the beat-up performance.

Main nozzle

With a high propulsion main nozzle, the main nozzle pressure and injection time can be set separately. The tandem nozzles, as a standard configuration, can reduce the air pressure, reduce energy consumption, and reduce weft tension.

Weft detector

Using the reflective double-optical weft detecting method, in addition to detecting the short weft or bend, we can also detect the weft break or long weft. Weft detection is processed by a dedicated FPGA, which is stable and reliable, and avoids the occurrence of weft-wise weaving.
