The raw material for the production of mesh bags is well-known polyethylene, which is extruded,
stretched into flat yarn, and then woven. This kind of mesh bag can be used to hold vegetables,
fruits and other items. Each plastic mesh bag has to go through several processes to complete.
Each process has strict implementation standards to ensure that the quality of the factory
products reaches A-level, and has a place in the fiercely competitive market with high-quality
quality. Below are some weaving requirements for mesh bags, I hope it will be helpful to everyone.

The knitting requirements of plain woven mesh bags: the density is implemented according to
the processing standard, and the warp and weft density respectively reach 10cm X needles;
during the production process, the operator must make sure that the warp and weft are broken
in time, and the defective product should not exceed 1%. In the sewing process, the side and
bottom edges are stitched together. Generally, a chain lock method is adopted.
The knitting requirements of circular woven plastic mesh bags: the density of the mesh bags
must be in accordance with the processing standards, and the density between warp and weft
must reach 10 cm X needles; the width of the woven product must not exceed ±1 cm from the
standard size; and During the knitting process, the operator must ensure that the length of the
product and the weft break does not exceed 0.8M.

The unit quantity of circular woven plastic mesh bags after sewing is 50 pieces, and 2000 pieces are
one package; the unit quantity of plain woven mesh bags is 100 pieces and 2000 pieces is one package;
the unit quantity of all plastic mesh bags must be accurate.
